Through the Data, Evaluation, Learning, and Technical Assistance (DELTA) Activity, IBI provides analytical and advisory services to the USAID/Liberia mission, supporting accurate and holistic data collection and evaluations, and learning from those findings to adapt and improve future programming. 

​Through this activity, IBI assists the GOTL and its private sector counterparts to reduce trading costs through implementing international best-practice customs clearance and transit procedures. 

Through the USAID/Guatemala Safe Cities Project, IBI partners with the Government of Guatemala and other stakeholders to strengthen effective and accountable governance to improve quality of life and reduce irregular migration under the USAID/Guatemala Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) for 2020-2025.
