IBI Awarded USAID/Haiti ESS+ Contract
IBI is pleased to announce it has been awarded a four-year contract to implement the USAID/Haiti Evaluation and Survey Services - Plus (ESS+) Activity.
Under ESS+, IBI will provide analytical and advisory services to USAID/Haiti’s Office of Programs, and to Project Development and Technical Office teams. IBI will provide services in technical evaluation, survey and study support, capacity building and learning events, and in-country Third Party Monitoring (TPM) of some USAID activities in Haiti. The expected result of this contract is to ensure empirical evidence for programming, learning, and adapting (throughout the Program Cycle) while enhancing both the mission’s and local partners’ MEL capabilities.
IBI has partnered with Social Impact (as a major subcontractor) and two Haitian partners—Institut de Formation et de Services (IFOS), and Collectif Haitien Pour l’avancement du Suivi et Evaluation (CHASE)—for the implementation of ESS+. IBI’s CEO, David Wall, stated “IBI is honored to have been selected by USAID/Haiti to implement such an important program and looks forward to collaborating with USAID and other implementing partners over the next four years.”
This contract was awarded under the USAID Evaluation, Monitoring and Learning Services II (EVAL ME II) global IDIQ. This is the second task order IBI has been awarded under this contracting vehicle.
