IBI Awarded USAID/Honduras MESCLA 2.0 Contract

IBI is pleased to announce it has been awarded a five-year contract to implement the USAID/Honduras Monitoring and Evaluation Support for Collaborative Learning and Adapting 2.0 (MESCLA 2.0) project.

Under MESCLA 2.0 IBI will provide USAID with information and support to inform its programming in the face of demanding challenges in the Honduran context. MESCLA 2.0 has three components: 1. Evaluations, Assessments, Surveys, and Studies; 2. Facilitation and Promotion of Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting; and 3. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Capacity Strengthening.

IBI has partnered with Social Impact (as a major subcontractor) and will be working with multiple local partners to implement this program. This contract was awarded under the USAID Evaluation, Monitoring and Learning Services II (EVAL ME II) global IDIQ.  This is the third task order IBI has been awarded under this contracting vehicle.

IBI se complace en anunciar que se le ha adjudicado un contrato de cinco años para implementar el proyecto de USAID/Honduras de Apoyo al Monitoreo y Evaluación para el Aprendizaje Colaborativo y la Adaptación 2.0 (MESCLA 2.0).

En el marco de MESCLA 2.0, IBI proporcionará a USAID información y apoyo para fundamentar su programación ante los exigentes retos del contexto hondureño. MESCLA 2.0 tiene tres componentes: 1. Evaluaciones, valoraciones, encuestas y estudios, 2. Facilitación y promoción de la colaboración, el aprendizaje y la adaptación, y 3. Seguimiento, evaluación y fortalecimiento de la capacidad de aprendizaje.

IBI se ha asociado con Social Impact (como subcontratista principal) y trabajará con múltiples socios locales para implementar este programa. Este contrato se adjudicó en el marco del IDIQ global de USAID Evaluation, Monitoring and Learning Services II (EVAL ME II). Esta es la tercera orden de trabajo que se le adjudica a IBI bajo este vehículo de contratación.
