Featured Experts: ICT Innovator Develops e-Governance Strategy

IBI is proud of its extensive network of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) experts in Liberia and throughout West Africa. Among them is Olivier Alais, an e-Governance Expert with more than 12 years of experience in Internet Governance, Online Learning, Open Data, Smart Energy, and the Digital Divide.

Recently, Mr. Alais developed an e-Governance Strategy for the Liberian Government as part of USAID’s Governance and Economic Management Systems (GEMS) project, implemented by IBI. Currently, he is working with various Liberian Government ministries on the implementation of this strategy under the USAID-GEMS project.
