Nepal Organizational Management Assessment

IBI’s team conducted an Organizational Management Assessment of the USAID/Nepal Mission. The goal of this assessment was to define an organizational/management structure – including personnel categories, team and staff responsibilities, reporting structures, etc.- to better support implementation of the new USAID/Nepal Country Development Cooperation Strategy.
In order to position itself to carry out the new priorities identified in the Country Development Cooperation Strategy, the office of USAID/Nepal underwent this assessment to strengthen its abilities to respond to current challenges, particularly within the field of governance, which has been identified as USAID/Nepal’s most pressing challenge.
