Black Lives Matter
Black lives matter. Such a simple statement. So much more should be obvious. Every person is entitled to respect of their dignity and protection of the law. When basic human rights are violated, the people have the right – indeed the civic duty – to shed light on wrong-doing through peaceful protest.
Since its origin in 1996 IBI has been committed to creating a diverse staff who respect and befriend people of every race, ethnicity, religion and gender preference as they work to improve people’s opportunities in life throughout the world. It is not an ideology. It is who we are and how we live our values. We at IBI have benefitted from the welcome, generosity and insights of people on every continent. We are deeply grateful for that path in life. We are inspired to do our small part to promote justice, inclusiveness and peace in our work around the world.
