The Launch of Bangladesh’s National Enquiry Point, e-Auction, and Customs Hotline

On September 6, 2018 the National Board of Revenue (NBR) in collaboration with the USAID/Bangladesh Trade Facilitation Activity (BTFA) implemented by IBI held a launching ceremony of the National Enquiry Point (NEP), Customs Hotline, and e-Auction. This video discusses how these instruments will provide increased automation, transparency and accountability to Bangladesh customs. These tools are now available at www.bangladeshcustoms.gov.bd.
