IBI was awarded a prime contract for the Active Communities – Effective States Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ACES IDIQ) contract, issued by USAID’s Center of Excellence on Democracy, Rights, and Governance (The DRG Center) of the Bureau for Development, Democracy and Innovation (DDI). SmartUp - A New Learning Platform for Lao Businesses
