IBI developed the communications strategy for the Chad-Cameroon pipeline development project. We conducted in-country cultural orientation, training, and community meetings. We provided pre-departure cultural orientation and training workshops. IBI also conducted follow-up, monitoring cross-cultural issues that arose during the project start-up and project implementation.
