IBI conducted a mid-term evaluation of this project that is providing technical assistance to the government of Kosovo in five areas:

• Budget, Treasury and Economic Policy
• Tax Policy and Administration
• Central Bank of Kosovo
• Commercial Law Development
• Public – Private Partnerships

Our analysis of results provided guidance on changes to the program design that could improve its effectiveness. We identified threats to the program’s success and recommended steps to mitigate these threats.
