IBI draws from its deep knowledge of the priorities of USAID and in-country partners as well as its sector expertise to conduct thorough and precise evaluations of ongoing projects. Our approach to project evaluation focuses on the amelioration of program performance while highlighting technical achievements and precisely measuring tangible impact. Our products allow for the design and implementation of well calibrated M&E tools that use realistic, usable and precise metrics to gauge project achievements on the ground, highlight true impact and define actions needed to enhance project impact in a cost and time conscious manner.
